The process of ordering a service or buying a present can be divided into two parts:
- choosing: You choose a ready-made present on our web page or invent your own one, fill in the on-line form or send us a message;
- ordering: we specify the details with you, calculate the price and send you an invoice to be paid in the way which would be most convenient to you. If needed, we can prepare and sign a service agreement.
- presenting/delivery: we process your order (with photo or video illustrations – on your demand).

How to pay?

Currently you can pay for our services:
- by bank transfer according to the issued invoice;
- using a money transfer system, such as Western Union, Anelik, Money Gram;
- paying with Internet-money (WebMoney);
- transferring the payment in Pay Pal system.

Depending on your specification we either organize a personnal delivery or use courier services to deliver your chosen presents in Ukraine at agreed upon time. Delivery to distant places of Ukraine might take significant time. Nevertheless we will do all possible to bring your wish into reality.
